Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch released a new wave of emails belonging to twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton that contained classified information. The emails also shed light on political favors being granted to a Russian organization connected to the Clinton Foundation.

After successfully winning a court order against the State Department, the emails reveal that more corruption has been exposed from Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State.

Clinton is under investigation (again)

Hillary Clinton’s emails were discovered on Anthony Weiner’s laptop — the former husband of Huma Abedin and convicted sex offender — in October 2016, and reveal that there were additional “pay-for-play” schemes set-up that benefited Clinton Foundation donors.

According to a May 10, 2010 email Abedin told Doug Band, a former aide to Bill Clinton, that she “hooked up” people who recommended Trump to the “right people” at the Department of State.

Judicial Watch added that the emails shed more light on the extensive efforts to bolster the “pay-for-play” apparatus under Clinton.

The new Abedin emails also reveal additional instances in which Clinton’s then- scheduler Lona Valmoro forwarded the former secretary of state’s detailed daily schedule to top Clinton Foundation officials. The new emails also reveal a number of favors that were requested and carried out.

In May 2010, Abedin tells Band that she has ‘hooked up’ people from the Russian American Foundation with ‘the right people’ at the State Department after Abedin received a request from Russian American Foundation Vice President Rina Kirshner, forwarded by Clinton Foundation donor Eddie Trump (no relation to President Trump).

Facts not opinions

The watchdog group also located several email chains — which the State Department refused to hand over from Clinton’s private server — between Abedin, Clinton, and other members where classified information was shared.

Uncovered in the email chains was the caveat exposing how the Russia American Foundation was not staffed by Clinton political operatives, but they received more than $260,000 in grants for “public diplomacy” from the State Department under Hillary Clinton.

What does it all mean?

Hillary Clinton said at the Recode tech conference last week that she did “nothing wrong” by using a private email server and that the controversy surrounding it was “the biggest nothingburger, ever.”

Clinton can downplay the severity of her actions all she wants, but the investigations are not going to stop. Rep. Jason Chaffetz sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions in February asking him to either convene a grand jury or charge Bryan Pagliano, the computer specialist who established Clinton’s private email server.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said that he is more driven now than ever to expose the corruption that was allowed to grow and fester at the Clinton State Department:

These shocking new Clinton emails show why the Justice Department should reevaluate, reopen, or reinvigorate Clinton, Inc. investigations. The casual violation of laws concerning classified material and noxious influence peddling show the Clinton State Department was ‘corruption central’ in the Obama administration. No wonder Clinton’s allies in the State and Justice Departments had been slow-walking and hiding these emails.

He might well have mentioned other allies of Clinton; her friends in the media. From their perspective, pay to play, government corruption and the selling of favors aren’t scandals worth covering — at least if the guilty party is a Democrat.
